LAW SCHOOL FOR HIGH SCHOOL KIDS is a book written for young people in order that they are motivated to become everything they can in their lives.

I wrote the text over the course of 7 years teaching government, history and law at Farragut Career Academy high school, which is located in the "Little Village" neighborhood of Chicago. The intention of the book was to distribute to our youth and to all persons with a desire to understand the law part of the wisdom that a lawyer and a judge have, but in a short and easy to read manner.

In one example, the book has a section which describes the most important aspects of how the criminal procedure works, and explains the rights that a defendant and any person who has interaction with the police or the criminal justice system is afforded. In this three page section, one understands the most important rights everyone possesses in our society.

I also have sections on immigration, family law, civil litigation, and several other areas of the law which everybody will benefit in understanding.

For teachers, parents and students of the law at all levels, the book offers a window to understanding as to what our rights are and how the legal system works. The text clears the clouds of confusion the normally surround any legal subject and inspire confidence in all types of students! Here, find the table of contents:
