Mr. Schencker graduated The John Marshall Law School in 2004 and has focused his career on the protection of his clients from the abuse of the system and powerful interests. Mr. Schencker helps clients in the areas of: Bankruptcy, Family Law, Civil and Commercial disputes, Estate Planning, Probate, Eviction, Debt Collection, Foreclosures, and Real Estate Ordinance. Mr. Schencker always views the attorney-client relationship as an opportunity to grow and learn from each other. Mr. Schencker has lived in the Chicagoland area his entire life and always wants to talk about camping and food. I am proud to say that my family has been serving the west side of Chicago for over 30 years.
